ta44 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or using the ta44 website at ta44.bet (the "Platform"), registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific rules applicable to individual games or promotions published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Your continued use of ta44 following any update to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and ta44 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

ta44 operates as an online entertainment platform providing casino games and sports betting services. The Platform is directed solely at adult players (18 years of age or older) located in Bangladesh. Players accessing ta44 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with applicable local regulations.

To register and maintain an account on ta44, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ta44 strictly prohibits access by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and associations are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, agent, or close family member of any employee of ta44, its parent companies, subsidiaries, or affiliated entities.
• You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended ta44 account. Only one account per player is permitted at any time.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion period on ta44 or any other platform participating in a shared exclusion scheme to which ta44 is a party.

ta44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or other government-issued photo identification. We may also request proof of address (a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months) and proof of payment method ownership.

ta44 reserves the right to decline any registration application or suspend any account without explanation where we reasonably believe that eligibility requirements have not been met or that the information provided is false, inaccurate, or misleading. Any winnings accrued on an ineligible account may be voided and confiscated.

As a registered account holder on ta44, you accept the following obligations and responsibilities in connection with your account:

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify ta44 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. ta44 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
• Account Information Updates: You are responsible for keeping your registered account information current and accurate. If your contact details, address, or payment method information changes, you must update your account profile promptly. ta44 may communicate important notices (including changes to these Terms & Conditions) to the email address or mobile number registered on your account.
• Personal Use Only: Your ta44 account is for your personal use only. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise make available your account or any portion of your account balance to any other person.
• Account Currency: All balances on ta44 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ta44 does not maintain multi-currency accounts. Any deposits made in a foreign currency will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, which may include a conversion fee applied by your payment provider.

ta44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these account obligations, at our sole and absolute discretion, with or without prior notice to the account holder.

ta44 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, and Sonali Bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit on ta44 is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though high-value deposits may trigger additional identity verification checks as part of our KYC and anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your ta44 account in real time following successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to credit depending on your bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal on ta44 is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed by ta44 within 24 hours of submission, subject to KYC verification and fraud checks. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited within two hours of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank.

ta44 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your mobile network operator or bank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside ta44's control. You are advised to check your payment provider's fee schedule before initiating a transaction.

ta44 reserves the right to reverse any deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if we have reason to believe that the transaction is fraudulent, involves money laundering, or otherwise violates these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.

ta44 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion on the Platform, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this section, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds credited to a ta44 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount as well) must be wagered before a withdrawal request can be approved. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement of ৳1,000 requires the player to place total qualifying bets of ৳30,000 before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a reduced percentage as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds may have a maximum single-bet limit, which is typically ৳500 per spin or bet while a wagering requirement is active. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be removed from the account balance automatically.

ta44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players and may be withdrawn at ta44's discretion from any account that ta44 determines to be acting professionally or systematically.

All sports betting and casino gaming activity on ta44 is governed by the specific rules applicable to each product, sport, or game type. These rules are published within each game's help section and within the sports betting rules pages accessible from within the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

Sports Betting: ta44 offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets across a range of sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), football, badminton, kabaddi, and hockey. The following general rules apply to all sports betting on ta44:

• All bets are accepted at ta44's sole discretion. ta44 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time without explanation.
• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the placement of a bet being confirmed. The odds displayed at the time a bet is submitted are not guaranteed until a bet confirmation reference number has been issued.
• In-play bets are subject to a processing delay during which market prices may change. ta44 will notify you if the odds have changed materially before your bet is confirmed.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, ta44's specific sport rules for that event type will determine whether bets are settled, voided, or carried over.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per account per day. Current maximum payout limits are published in the sports betting rules section of the Platform.

Casino Games: All casino games on ta44 — including slots, live roulette, blackjack, baccarat, Dragon Tiger, and specialty games — use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer formats supplied by licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ta44. Any player found to be engaged in any of the activities listed below will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or system vulnerability for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error are not valid and will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in respect of a legitimate ta44 transaction. ta44 will pursue recovery of all chargeback amounts through available legal channels.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or use the Platform while under the age of 18, or knowingly facilitating access by a minor to your ta44 account.

ta44 employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with payment providers, financial institutions, and law enforcement agencies in the investigation of any suspected prohibited conduct.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ta44, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors (collectively, "ta44 Parties") shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes;
• Loss of data, account access, or account balance due to technical failures or security breaches outside ta44's reasonable control;
• Interruptions to the availability of the Platform caused by maintenance, server failure, third-party infrastructure failure, or force majeure events;
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations that are attributable to third-party game providers or data feed suppliers;
• Losses resulting from the player's own failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including the use of an ineligible account or breach of the responsible gaming policy.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, ta44's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In no event shall ta44's aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their ta44 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ta44 reserves the right to assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms & Conditions to any successor entity or third party, including in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of the assets of the Platform. Players will be notified of any such assignment via the contact details registered on their account.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
